MetaMorph now has its own project page and has reached a usable state.  Packages for version 0.2 are posted and links to the Git repository.

Remember, this is not an end-all, be-all solution.  Its just a stepping stone to better practices with configuration management.  I have deployed MetaMorph on a couple production servers and will probably end up using it to manage some of my web servers at work along with deploying some new projects there.
