		<description>Are we an &quot;Open Source University&quot;?  I&#039;ve never seen any statement to that effect.  It is disappointing, though.  I won&#039;t miss Oracle, however.  Every instance of Oracle I can replace with postgres or mysql is a little victory.</description>
